Impeccable Beauty Within Fragility

The 2023 Zoë collection of Banu Güven Design Studio is inspired by the spiritual essence in the life cycle of a butterfly, the symbol of transformation.

The collection consists of approximately 30 pieces with different silhouettes designed using multiple techniques for each body type. The common feature of the designs is that they are comfortable and light. 

Each piece is prepared with a keen understanding of haute couture, whereby techniques that enable comfortable breathing are developed while shaping the body. 

The rich texture stands out as the signature of the collection, and is enabled by the overlapping use of wing forms created with 3D printing, embroidery and bead embellishments.

The collection’s color scale embodies soft transitions from off-white to warm and cold pastel tones, accompanied by elegant sparkles. 

Banu Güven’s brand’s uncompromising principle of originality is evident in the creation of wings via the recomposition of magnificent layers of lace with elements from nature.

Depending on the concept, 3D wings provide an eye-catching integrity in intensely sparkling hair accessories. Their visual is perfected when combined with veils designed with high quality layers of tulle used throughout the collection.
